5. Intellectual Property
The COMICPAD platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the property of COMICPAD and is protected by intellectual property laws. Comics you generate are yours to use, share, and distribute.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service to: generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content; infringe on the rights of others; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI systems; use the service for automated scraping or data extraction; impersonate others or create misleading content; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Payments and Credits
Certain features require the purchase of credits or a subscription. All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change with notice.
8. Termination
COMICPAD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
COMICPAD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.
